Burn…burn…

I went Gym, it was nice running myself like mad on the trendmill. I tried other equipments as well, and this friendly guy gave me advice and taught me which equipment do what for which part of the body.

So far lectures been great…lots of laughter amidst and the learning materials actually are sinking into my head (because 1st lectures are just introduction).

Shop at Salvation Army

I went to the Salvation Army yesterday with my sis, Michelle and Qing Qing.
And i say its not a bad place to shop.
